Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with high-quality 3D-printed products. Since all of our items are crafted with care and precision using 3D printing technology, we want to ensure that you understand how our shipping process works.

Production Time

  • Made-to-Order: Most of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are produced after your purchase. If we don’t have the item in stock, please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to create your item before it ships.
  • In-Stock Items: If the item is available in stock, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time

  • After production is complete, your order will be shipped via your chosen shipping method at checkout. Shipping times are as follows:
  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and delays.

Order Updates & Tracking

  • Once your item is ready and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

Delays & Unexpected Circumstances

  • While we do our best to meet our estimated production and shipping timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to high order volume, supply chain issues, or carrier delays. We will notify you immediately if there is a significant delay with your order.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
